Our driver positions the unit on flat ground exactly where you want it, with the door facing your preferred direction.
We pump, scrub, and restock on a weekly schedule, then haul everything away once you say the job is finished.
Before & during
We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right with a unit, that's on us, and we make it right that same day.
I track the whole schedule on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.

Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second visit each week.

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
